Too many commercial breaks, with the same five or six spots rotated there. Aaaaaagh.

Big game today against the Reds' big game pitcher - Astros need the win to be .500 on the road trip.

Ok, there's a new Texas Lottery spot but I don't ever want to see it again.

And one of the four douchetastic Miller Lite spots that suck ever so hard. And that smarmy little punk yapping to the grade schoolers about U-Verse. And that passive-aggressive twit in the ballcap swapping people's rides with Fords.

53 degrees in Cincy, overcast and cold and might be rainy.

Latos moving from that cavern in SD to Cincinnati's less friendly size hasn't been kind so far.

Bixler down to make room for Lyles. When Marwin comes off the paternity list tomorrow, another move will have to be made.

Altuve, spoiling pitches, slaps a pitch just off the corner down the line in RF. He thought it was foul and didn't start running until the ball hit the ground in the corner but steamed to second with a double.

Lowrie gets on top of a fastball and sends it to right to drive in Altuve. 1-0.

JD drives one to the track in center but Stubbs hauls it in. Two down.

JD just didn't have enough Skyline Chili in him today to put that one over the fence...

Latos has abandoned the strategy of pounding the strike zone and is trying to get the corners.

Buck gives one a hell of a ride to the fence in center but Stubbs leaps at the wall to make the catch above the yellow line. Hell of a play.

1-0 Astros.

I'm getting sick of Stubbs already, and would much prefer that CIN have a CFer with not so much defensive skills out there...

Nice sequence to Stubbs, curves and FBs away, then rides a heater up and in for a swinging strike 3.
