There are three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who has the same first name as a city; and never get involved with a woman with a tattoo of a dagger on her body. Now you stick to that, and everything else is cream cheese.

And yet another fantastic play. It doesn't get much easier in tossing someone out at home.

It's pretty fucking depressing to feel like a 3 run lead is completely insurmountable.
especially considering the Astros are facing the worst pitching staff in the league.

This squad is going to break the crap out of that club record for a losing streak.

Nice relay from everett.
That was definitely a lousy throw from Everett, but it's likely there's not even the need for a throw if Pence doesn't do his little chicken hop thing out there after picking up the ball. Meanwhile, Encarnacion finds an acorn at 3B.

When Everett got the ball I thought, "this guy's meat." Uh-Uh.

It didnt help that Ausmus for some reason seemed determine to keep his foot on the plate, as if there was a force, instead of going and getting the ball. That was definitely a lousy throw from Everett, but it's likely there's not even the need for a throw if Pence doesn't do his little chicken hop thing out there after picking up the ball.

whatever, that was a routine throw for someone who is so special in the field. And a play that someone who bats 200 HAS to make every time.
