Lancaster’s Play by Play Guy Gets Pub, Fans Introduced to Hawkettes

The Lancaster JetHawks have been in the news this week and it has had very little to do with baseball players or games. Leading into the season, the Lancaster Play By Play guy, Jeff Laskey was interviewed by the Los Angeles Daily News. He was listed as the 8th best play by play voice in the Los Angeles area. He came in just behind Charlie Stiner, the play by play voice of the Dodgers.

Tejada spoke with Dominican Republic manager Felipe Alou, who guaranteed Tejada would play shortstop and third base and also possibly serve as the designated hitter.
